High-precision tools
The development and production of high-precision injection molding tools with state-of-the-art sensor technology is
Apinex’s core competencies. Each tool is precisely tailored to the specific
requirements of the product to ensure consistently high quality throughout the entire
to ensure service life.
Precision injection molding
Precision plastic parts are developed and manufactured to the highest quality. Series production of plastic parts is carried out for numerous industries, including automotive, industrial, electronics, household, and medical technology. State-of-the-art production technologies are used, such as all-electric injection molding machines with high-speed removal robots. The parts are automatically removed directly at the machine and packaged separately from the mold cavity.
Microsystem technology
With the increasing miniaturization of end products on the global market, the demand for ever smaller components is growing. Thanks to extensive experience and continuous improvement processes, the most delicate plastic parts can be manufactured to the highest quality standards and with a unit weight starting at 0.003g on high-performance molds with up to 32 cavities. Optimized process control ensures a reliable and cost-optimized production line that is precisely tailored to individual requirements. Automated production and packaging processes are also possible under cleanroom or clean room conditions – from small series to million-unit production runs.
Insert technology (hybrid technology)
Insert molding combines various materials and their respective advantages. Its particular expertise lies in the precise handling of the different shrinkage rates and expansion coefficients of the material partners. Component design, molding tool, process control, and special post-treatment procedures are optimally coordinated. This largely compensates for residual stresses in the composite structure. In-depth material knowledge and many years of manufacturing experience ensure a stable and controlled process.
Assembly and assemblies
At specially designed assembly workstations, plastic parts are manufactured for you as semi-finished submodules or complete, ready-to-install assemblies, in small batches as well as in large quantities. We offer finishing processes and procure the necessary additional parts to provide you with a complete system solution. Quality and cost-effectiveness are our top priorities here, too.
Cleanroom production
For the production and packaging of plastic parts and assemblies with the highest standards of cleanliness, we offer a cleanroom (cleanroom class ISO 8 according to EN ISO 14644) that provides a controlled production environment. Air quality, temperature, and humidity are precisely coordinated. Strict cleanliness criteria prevent rejects due to contamination. This has a positive impact on our product quality and the associated profitability.
Strip overmolding
In reel-to-reel overmolding, workpieces are fed on spools for further processing. After the plastic finishing process, the workpieces are then placed on an empty spool and made available for further processing. If required, the components can be delivered individually. Complete production systems can also be offered for the reel-to-reel process. Of course, it is also possible to further process the spooled parts and then place them in trays to make your further processing as easy as possible.
