Development
At the beginning of every development, any potential vulnerabilities will be identified with the help of an interdisciplinary “Failure Modes and Effects Analysis” (FMEA), in order to avoid subsequent process errors and their costs.
Once the features of FMEA are assessed, and the necessary action taken, your molds will be developed based on your specifications, on the basis of your preliminary product development work.
Sophisticated 3 D software enables virtual functional tests to be performed prior to building prototype samples. Depending on your needs, prototype samples are made available to you either in the form of rapid prototyping or rapid tooling process. At the conclusion of this sub-process, the feasibility of producing the plastic product as designed is ascertained.
Development plans
Consistent with the procedural requirements of an ISO certified quality management we generate a custom-made process development plan for each product designed to provide precise information at each step right down to the finished product.
